At Apart Studio, we want you to love your home curation. If a piece doesn't fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile home goods are not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it securely to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our studio inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
